Grind soaked kaju, poppy seeds and milk to make a smooth paste.

Heat 2 teaspoon ghee and add cumin seeds let them splutter and add the ground paste, cook till it leaves oil.

Add coriander powder and rock salt and mix well. Now add water chestnuts (optional), fried cashews and lotus seeds. Mix all the ingredients well and add water.
